What is the process for registration?Applications are open from Rosh Chodesh Adar, and until Yud Aleph Nissan, and we strongly recommend applying sooner than later in that timeframe. If approved for an interview and Farher, the office will reach out to you to pay the fee. Once paid, an interview and Farher will be scheduled.

What kind of Bochur is YLTY looking for?We are looking for Bochurim who are sincere, interested in growing, and being in a place with a growth mindset. YLTY is for a Bochur who really wants to apply himself, learn in a serious environment, and most of all, is not interested in wasting their time.

What minimum learning level is YLTY looking for?We are looking for Bochurim who are reasonably able to prepare Gemora, Rashi and Tosafos, and read a Maamar on their own. It does not have to be fluent, as long as they can work through it and know how to navigate challenges.

Will the Yeshiva be spending Elul in Crown Heights?No, the Yeshiva will be spending Elul in our location in Bet Shmesh in Eretz Yisroel.

What is the Yeshivas policy about the summer?Exact dates will be sent after registration, but the zman after Pesach generally goes until the last week of Tammuz. This means that bochurim can apply to camps running in the second month of the summer.

What is the cost of tuition?Full tuition is $19,500

Are there any grants/scholarships available?Yes, we strongly encourage parents to apply for the Pell Grant through our partnership schools. We also have a discount for Shluchim.
