Since the onset of the campaign and until the end of the Zman, despite ongoing sirens and multiple direct missile impacts in Beit Shemesh, the bochurim continued to show up for seder each day. Often with far less sleep and under significant pressure, making every effort to keep the learning going under challenging conditions.
We extend our deepest appreciation to our dedicated staff, who showed exceptional bravery and commitment, supporting the bochurim not only academically, but in their overall wellbeing and daily needs.
Throughout this period, YLTY remained the only Tomchei Temimim Chabad Yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel, both Gedola and Ketana, to maintain a full daily learning schedule during the war, a powerful testament to the unwavering commitment of our staff and bochurim to the Rebbe’s vision.
B"H, almost all talmidim have now safely returned home, or are on their way for Bein Hazmanim.
As we look ahead to the summer zman following Pesach, we anticipate beginning with renewed energy and focus. We recognize that planning this year is particularly challenging, and we deeply appreciate the tremendous efforts parents are making to arrange travel and logistics under these circumstances.
At this stage, we plan to begin the zman after Pesach as scheduled, in accordance with the academic calendar.
We look forward to welcoming the bochurim back, refreshed and ready to continue their growth with strength, consistency, and renewed commitment.
