This year, the Yeshiva introduced a Toranut pilot in the dining room, with two bochurim or staff members each day taking responsibility for preparing the space between meals.

With every bochur participating throughout the year, it has created a strong culture of shared responsibility. The impact is clear, greater awareness, ownership, and mutual respect, where even simple actions are understood as part of a collective accountability.

We would like to express particular appreciation to our indefatigable Menahel Gashmi, Reb Shmuel Allouche, who cares for the bochurim as his own. As the driving force behind this initiative, he instills the importance of mentchlichkeit and leads by example, the most powerful form of chinuch.
